relaxed beach engagement session / jilly + ken

When you start a session with margaritas it’s already a win in my opinion!

Ken and Jilly made this session well worth the drive up north. They were down for anything when it came to posing and we were having so much fun that I lost track of the time while shooting. I like that their overall collection of images had a relaxed feel to them, as if they were just having a date at the beach and I wasn’t there at all.

This session also had a ton of sentimental value to me because Jilly has been one of my close friends since elementary school. She has a heart of gold, and I can’t wait to attend their wedding in the fall.
